Basin Baths (Sponge Baths) - Potentially Harmful

The basin bath (sponge bath) is a common bathing practice performed both in hospitals and the home. But a recent study shows that 98% of basins tested at several sites were contaminated with bacteria, including the "superbug" MRSA. 1

Spent 2 months in NYU Langone ICU with Legionaries Disease. The staff bathed me every day with Sage Essential Washcloths (7800). I have reordered 60 of these 3 times and my Wife finds these easier than helping me in & out of the bathtub. Great product.

The best thing that happened to my face

I have been using Sage now for quite some time. I used to use those scrubbing cleansers on my face but it took forever to get the residue off. Using Sage on my face & to cleanse my body has made my life so much easier.

    I think I'm a forever customer!
