How do I use Schedule & Save?
Simply select the “Schedule & Save” option when adding a product to your cart and tell us how frequent you would like your order to ship! We'll deliver your product(s) at your requested intervals. You can cancel anytime and there are no additional fees!

What are your delivery schedule options?
For most products are available in four week, six week, eight week, twelve week or 16 week intervals.
When will I get my first order?
Your first shipment will be processed and delivered as soon as you sign up for the program and place your first order. If you would like a different frequency, please reach out to our Customer Care team.
What happens after I get my first shipment?
Orders are automatically processed on the schedule you selected. We’ll notify you before each order ships, giving you the opportunity to make any updates or changes to your program settings (i.e. skip a delivery, change frequency, etc).
Will I really save 10% on every order I place?
On every recurring order, yes. Any product you place in your Schedule & Save cart will be given an automatic 10% discount at checkout.
Do I have to enter a coupon code to get the discount?
No, you do not. 10% of the order total will be deducted automatically.
How do I update my scheduling options?
You may change your scheduling options at any time by contacting one of our customer care specialists.
Is there a limit to how many Schedule & Save purchases I can get the discount on?
No, there is not. Whether you ask to repeat your purchase four times, ten times, fifty times or more, you’ll lock in 10% savings on each order.
Is the price of the products on my Schedule & Save orders guaranteed for as long as I continue your shipments?
Prices on our products are subject to change. If the price of a product in your Schedule & Save order goes up (or down), the price you are charged for that product will be raised (or lowered) accordingly. It is calculated based on the current price of that product at the time your order ships. You will still continue to receive 10% off.
Can my Schedule & Save orders be shipped to different addresses?
Yes, they can. For example, if you want to send Comfort Bath® to your parents, and our Rinse-free Shampoo Cap to yourself, you would simply use separate Schedule & Save shopping carts to process these orders. So first, you would place the Comfort Bath product in a Schedule & Save cart, fill in your parents’ address during order processing, and complete your purchase. Then you would find the Shampoo Cap product you want, start a new Schedule & Save cart, and process that order for yourself at a different address. And on and on from there.
Can I have different products sent to me at different time intervals?
Yes, you can. By using separate Schedule & Save shopping carts, you can process each product order to your exact specifications. Along with being able to ship different products to different addresses (as described above), you can have different products shipped at different intervals. So if you want your Bodypads shipped every two weeks but your Comfort Shield® shipped only once a month, you would simply process those orders with two different Schedule & Save carts...and save 10% with each one!
Can I change the delivery address of my recurring order?
Yes, and it’s easy to do. Simply contact one of our customer care specialists.
Can I cancel a recurring order online?
Yes, you can. If you place a recurring order and later decide you’d like to cancel it and stop further shipments, simply contact one of our customer care specialists.
Does using Schedule & Save exclude me from getting free shipping for orders of $80 or more?
No, it does not. As a matter of fact, if your recurring order exceeds $80.00, you’ll receive free shipping in addition to your 10% off discount! Not to mention the convenience of to-your-door delivery.
