Return Policy

Sage Products strives to provide the highest level of service possible. Your total satisfaction is our goal. You may return items shipped by shopsageproducts.com, as long as the following requirements are met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from when the order was placed.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

To return an item:

Please contact a Customer Service Representative by calling 1-800-323-2220 (Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST).

Please have the following information available

  • Your order number.
  • The item number of the product you wish to return

Sage Products will provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped, etc.). In other cases, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If the item you received is damaged/defective, we may request that you send the damaged/defective item back to us. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective item until you have spoken with a Customer Service Representative.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days.
